Job Description:

Reporting to the Dean of Professional Studies, the Kitchen Lab Coordinator will coordinate activities related to maintaining the learning spaces for the Hospitality Department. Activities include ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance and construction projects with appropriate offices, and budget management.

Requirements:

• Current ServSafe Manager Certification.
• Ability to receive and stock orders (lifting 40 lbs).
• Associate degree in Business, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least five years of experience working in restaurant or industrial kitchen with responsibility for food ordering and inventory management.

Position Format:

All aspects of this role are to be performed in person at the Charlestown Campus of BHCC. Due to the nature of receiving food orders, the expected schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:00 PM.

Additional Information:

Salary Range: $63159-66376. Actual Salary Will Be Commensurate with Education & Experience in Accordance with MCCC/MTA Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Grade 4: Unit-Professional position
