Job Summary

A research technician is wanted for a project in a basic science laboratory specializing in research in immunodermatology. The position will entail laboratory bench work to study basic molecular and cellular biology.

Responsibilities*

Perform routine molecular and cellular biology experimental procedures under the supervision research staff. These experimental procedures include but are not limited to processing of human skin samples for single-cell RNA-sequencing, isolation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from whole human blood, cryosectioning, DNA/RNA/protein extraction, microscopy, cell culture, and any other experimental protocols needed to move the project forward. Maintain thorough experimental records and protocols. Perform simple data analysis.
